The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are named in the FIR along with other accused persons. It is alleged that accused persons were abusing Navin Kumar and Ranjit Kumar. Dayanand Pandey, petitioner No.2, is alleged to have fired which did not hit the informant. While Navin Kumar was fleeing away, Ravindra Singh fired which hit on his neck. Rakesh Pandey fired which hit abdomen of Navin. There is no allegation of firing against petitioner No.1, Pintu Pandey @ Gajanand Pandey, petitioner No.3, Karu Pandey

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44419 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 @ Sadanand Pandey and petitioner No.4, Pramanand Pandey. The firing made by petitioner No.2 did not hit the informant or anybody else. The occurrence took place on account of land dispute.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nardiganj P.S.
