JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-08-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the loan account has already been settled and the dues of the Bank has been paid, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ application.

It is, however, the grievance of the petitioner that while the Bank has issued no dues certificate, the original document of the title has yet not been returned. Mr. Jha, learned counsel representing the Bank submits that he will advise the Bank authorities to release the document if the account has been settled without further delay. This court expects that if the account has been settled and no dues certificate has already been issued to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11305 of 2017(2) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 petitioner, the Bank will take immediate steps to release the original document.
