This is the second anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 409 & 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anr. reported in 2012 SCC OnLine SC 176, second anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
