The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 132 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the clean antecedent, period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S.
