Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 21.10.2021 the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in Cr. Misc. No.16654 of 2021 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is further submitted that charge has already been framed against the petitioner on 15.12.2021. It is also submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2020. Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions
