The petitioner seeks bail in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 02/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other five accused persons and alleged that they all assaulted the informant and her family members. The petitioner is said to have assaulted Bhado Tanti, the father-in-law of the informant on his thigh. Bhado Tanti died during course of treatment. The police after investigation submitted charge-sheet under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in jail since 05.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
