Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 24.12.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17630 of 2021(2) dt.03-08-2021 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhagwanpur Police Station Case No.327 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
