2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 932 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 109 / 3(5) of the BNS Act, 2023 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Ajay Kumar was attacked by the miscreants and shot at by them which hit him in his thigh.

4. The petitioner has been named in the self inculpatory statement of the one Ajay Kumar, who has been identified in the CCTV footage.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 6.11.2024 and he has criminal antecedents also.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
