The Petitioner who is the wife seeks transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 242 of 2015 pending before the Family Court, Bhojpur, at Ara, on grounds of inconvenience and also that two other cases between the same Parties is pending in the District of Buxar.
Considering the aforesaid, the present case is directed to be transferred within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court of competent jurisdiction. The Family Court, Buxar, is directed to simultaneously proceed with the present case as well as maintenance Case 126 of 2013 so that there is no difficulty to either of the Parties. He is also directed not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40724 of 2015 (5) dt.15-01-2016 2/2 to insist on personal appearance of the Opposite Party No. 2 on any date except absolutely essential and he shall conclude the Proceeding positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party.
