JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Khurshid Anwar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing. The present modification petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 3.3.2020 with a prayer to extend the time limit for appearance of the petitioners before the court below by further three weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13385 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 lockdown the petitioners could not appear before the court below for grant of bail within stipulated time. Accordingly, let the order dated 3.3.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86321 of 2019 be modified to the extent that time limit for appearance of the petitioners before the court below is extended by further three weeks.
