The petitioner seeks bail in Bahadurpur P.S. Case no. 158/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and Rajiv Paswan are alleged to have assaulted Sonu and Monu Paswan. Vijay Paswan produced a country made pistol which is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The recovered pistol was produced by the private person not by the police officers. The petitioner is in jail since 24.06.2015.

No.41107 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 158/2015.
