Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 117 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 120B/34 the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, Petitioner is a tenant in the house of informant. All the accused persons including the petitioner in collusion and conspiracy have prepared forged document to grab the land of the informant and the informant filed Eviction suit no. 23 of 2018, pending in the court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6821 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific over act has been attributed against the petitioners. It is further submitted that Title Suit no. 217 of 2019 is pending between the parties. It is further submitted that petitioners have clean antecedents as stated in para-3 of this application.

Considering this fact that there is no specific overt act attributed against the petitioners as well as submission of the parties, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 25,000/- ( Twenty Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 117 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. N.K/- (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) U T
