The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide Criminal Misc. No. 40933 of 2014 by order dated 03.02.2015 by this Court on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 11.07.2014, there is no progress in the case and the case has been compromised and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail, again prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial
