2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 201, 302, 304B, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have killed the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submit that there are general and omnibus

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 are in custody since 21.08.2023 and the petitioner no. 4 is in custody since 1.11.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2023.
