The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307, 328, 498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation against the petitioner and her brother-in-law that they administered poison to her. The police after investigation submitted charge sheet under section 498A of the IPC. The petitioner is the husband of the informant and he is in jail since 27.06.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
