The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim but the victim is a married lady and in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., it has been stated that she voluntarily went to Gujarat along with this petitioner because her husband was taking wine. That's why she solemnized marriage with the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
