Verma, learned Additional Advocate General No.3, appearing on behalf of the State-respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in Bhaptiyahi Police Station Case No.35 of 2015.
Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record and upon hearing the parties, it is hereby directed that respondent No.5, namely, Superintendent of
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.792 of 2016 (2) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 Police, Supaul, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition, do the needful in accordance with law and get the investigation of Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015 completed expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months, ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed.
Let a copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Superintendent of Police, Supaul, and Officer-in-Charge, Bhaptiyahi Police Station.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
