The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No.70 of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 341, 354, 379, 494, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made by the informant that the petitioner being her husband not only married another lady but also mercilessly assaulted her with knife and she is undergoing treatment in the hospital, I am not inclined to grant
