JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2021 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6231 of 2020 by which provisional bail was granted to the petitioner for a period of three months on the condition that petitioner will deposit the total due amount within the period of three months. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the aforesaid period, petitioner got infected with Corona, as a result of which he could not deposit the money within the stipulated period.

In view of the aforesaid fact, three months further time is allowed to the petitioner to pay the total amount in two installments. If the petitioner fails to deposit the same within the
