2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):
for setting aside the declared (Sampust) Chak in Mauza Pakariyawar, Thana No. 233, P.S. and Udwant Nagar, District Bhojpur which is said to be declared on 31.03.1981 by the authority concerned as no one is in physical possession over the land in question in accordance with consolidation rather the present petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.12598 of 2017(2) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 and other villagers also is in physical possession as per survey and itself may be declared final for the interest of the petitioner.
3. It is the stand of the State that the petitioner claims to have purchased the land in the year 2013 but, however, in the year 1981 (31.03.1981) itself, the Chak land was confirmed. The submission is that even the said declaration has not been attached with the petition.
4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, dismissed for non-prosecution.
