The prayer is to quash seizure memo dated 06.02.2019 and further sought for a direction for release of goods. There is no iota of material insofar as Bank Guarantee issue in the prayer.

2. Accordingly, the present M.J.C.-Contempt Petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for release of Bank Guarantee. If such application is submitted by the petitioner, the concerned authority shall proceed to release Bank Guarantee or to pass a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
