JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the same within a specified time frame. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a representation within a period of four weeks from today before the Respondent No. 4 and the Respondent No. 4 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter, failing which the said authority shall be visited with penal consequences.
It is further directed that in case, the admitted dues are
Patna High Court CWJC No.5242 of 2018(2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 not paid within a period of eight weeks from passing of the final order, the same shall carry an interest of 18% per annum for the period during which the admitted dues had remained pending for payment.
