The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.320 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is suspected to have killed the deceased.

There is no evidence against the petitioner except for suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S.
