The informant has admitted in his written statement that after the alleged occurrence, when he went at the house of the petitioner, the petitioner was present in her house and therefore, even if, prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, the only allegation against the petitioner is of conspiracy. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran.
