The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant named five persons, namely, Gaurav Kumar, Manohar Paswan, Jay Ram Paswan, the petitioner, Radhe Paswan and Laxman Kumar @ Pukki and alleged that they all waylaid his brother, Rudal Paswan, and Laxman Kumar @ Pukki fired. His brother got injuries and became unconscious. There is no allegation of firing against the petitioner and similarly situated accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in Bakhtiyarpur P.S.
