Case No. 325 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. More than 200 litres of liquor was recovered from behind the joint house of petitioner and one Rabindra Singh. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated only on suspicion and he has no criminal antecedent and the house is joint house and he is in custody for more than one month.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5501 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Gopalganj, in connection with Baikunthpur P.S.
