The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The informant uncle of the deceased made specific allegation that Sunil Kumar Kushwaha the husband of the deceased killed his wife Kriti Devi by slitting her neck. The petitioners are alleged to have helped their son, but no specific allegation is made.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42558 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashish Mishra, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in Bhore P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015.
