Keeping in view the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, without entering into the controversy on merit and

Patna High Court CWJC No.5621 of 2018 dt.09-04-2018 2/2 without expressing any opinion on the allegations made, it is directed that on the petitioner filing a certified copy of this order along with relevant documents before Respondent No. 6, Respondent No. 6 shall register the same as an encroachment case under the provisions of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and proceed to decide the same after hearing all concerned within a period of six months.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
