The petitioner prays for grant of bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, sections 26/ 27 of the Arms Act and 4/9 of Explosive Substance Act. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 7.8.2021. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
