2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 418 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim with dabiya.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated due to village politics and land dispute. The petitioner is in jail since 06.11.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 418 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Sheikhpura Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
