The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nawada P.S. Case no. 171/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended while he was pulling the theft motorcycle. The handle lock was found broken. The petitioner is in jail since 12.05.2015. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has already remained in jail for more than four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case no. 171/2015.
