JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the fact that there is specific allegation of assault on the informant by Khanti against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to them. The application is rejected.

However, in the event the petitioners surrender before
