2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 25(-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is a cyber fraud from whom large number of ATM cards have been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the ATM cards are in the name of the brother of the informant. The petitioner has given self-inculpatory confessional statement also. It appears that the entire family is engaged in ATM fraud. The petitioner is in jail since 21.11.2024.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8732 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpura is directed to ensure the appearance of the witnesses in the trial so that the trial is not delayed.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpura for its compliance through FAX or e-mail forthwith.
