2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, both the petitioners assaulted the informant with lathi and it is further alleged that co-accused, Ashok Mandal, assaulted the informant on his head.

4. Learned counsel fro the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, the alleged occurrence has taken place. These petitioners are only alleged to have assaulted the informant with lathi. Injuries allegedly

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 230 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
