Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by order dated 02,03.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 8624 of 2015 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining eight months in jail. From possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is in jail since 15.12.2014 i.e. he has already remained in jail for more than nine months.

In the circumstances aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
