Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of I.P.C. The petitioner assaulted to the father of the informant on trivial dispute with fists and slaps. The Doctor has found fracture of sternum and 2nd and 4th ribs of the chest. The chest cavity was filled with blood.

The internal injury was there on the person of the deceased and some other eye witnesses also claim to have seen the occurrence, hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present in connection with Haspura P.S.Case No.210 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, Prayer is refused.
