2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for setting aside the order dated 12.01.2017 passed by the Hon'ble Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal. Patna in B.LT. Case No.697 of 2017 by which the order passed by the Director of Consolidation, Patna in Revisional Case
Patna High Court CWJC No.12806 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/3 No. 182/1996 as well as order dated 03.09.1996 passed by the Assistant Director and Consolidation, Bihar, Patna in Appeal No. 15/1991-92 has been set aside and further direction has been given to the Consolidation Officer, Durgawati to enter the name of the private respondent no-5 with respect to the 32 decimal of land situated in village Daroli, Thana No 110, Anchal - Durgawati, District - Kaimur, disputed land has been carved out from CS Khata No. 18, C.S. Plot No. 339, measuring 85 decimal (herein after referred as "disputed land" for the sake of brevity); on the ground that the Chairman, B.LT. has failed appreciate that order passed by the Consolidation Officer was an ex-party order, the Revisional Survey Khatiyan has been prepared in 1970 and the case has brought by the private respondent in the year 1989, also on the ground that the petitioners and the private respondent have

(ii) for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner 10 entitled for.
