The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Sanjay Paswan and Naresh Paswan. It appears that Naresh Paswan is the assailant of the deceased and Sanjay Paswan has already been enlarged on bail.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Kumar-IV, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, East Champaran at Motihari in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 260/2014.
