Prosecution as well as petitioner including others are Pattidar which is itself apparent from the fardbeyan. Furthermore, there happens to be an allegation that they have assaulted Guriya Devi who was pregnant by fists, slaps, leg and during course thereof, Gulaichi took away nose pin. At an earlier occasion prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No.48923 of 2014 solely on the ground that other co-accused till then were evading their presence. Now, it has been asserted under para-15 that presence of all the accused have been secured. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 26.08.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41128 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Chandeshwar Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Rai, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.74 of 2014.
