3. The petitioner by invoking the jurisdiction of this Court seeking a direction upon the respondents to remove the encroachment of his land, which has been allegedly encroached by respondent no. 5.

4. Considering the nature of the dispute between private persons, the present writ petition is wholly misconceived and, as such, it stands dismissed.

5. Suffice it to say that dismissal of the writ petition would not come in the way of the petitioner to avail remedies available under the law.
