The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 258 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that the alleged recovery has been made near the temple. Further he submits that the alleged vehicle from where the recovery has been made does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7211 of 2022(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 258 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
