Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the informant and is languishing in jail custody since 20.5.2015 in a case registered under sections 342, 323, 498A and 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that earlier petitioner was granted privilege of bail by learned court below itself subject to condition that he as well as husband of the informant shall keep her with full honour and dignity but subsequently, dispute between the informant and her husband again took place as a result of which bail of the petitioner was cancelled and accordingly, he was sent to judicial custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
