The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 20/23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Ten kilograms ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 21.07.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 14 months for recovery of less than commercial quantity of ganja. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in G.R. No. 03/2014 arising out of Laheri P.S. Case No. 170 of 2014.
