Case No. 597 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354A, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of giving wrong signal to the minor daughter of the informant and also chasing her.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is aged 72 years, which will appear from Aadhar card and allegation is false and he is in custody for almost two months.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5436 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 244 of 2019, arising out of Barh P.
