JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is regarding non-payment of the C.P.F. amount for the period, the petitioner had worked in the Work Charge Establishment.

The respondents have filed a counter affidavit, wherein the order dated 27.11.2018 has been annexed showing that a sum of Rs. 14,888.00/- is payable to the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said amount has not been paid.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14418 of 2017(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 Having regard to the rival contentions of the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Aurangabad, Bihar to ensure payment of the aforesaid amount of Rs. 14,888.00/-, if not already paid, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Aurangabad, Bihar shall not draw his salary.
