The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 369 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is the owner of the bus. From perusal of the first information report, it is specifically stated by the apprehended two drivers and conductor that they purchased the liquor from Delhi and going to sell it at Begusarai.
