JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this application to approach the State Appellate Authority against the order passed by the District Appellate Authority, Supaul in Appeal No. 4 of 2015.

In view of such limited submission, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as aforesaid.

Needless to state that it would be open to the petitioner to raise the plea of pendency of the instant proceeding
