Two persons were arrested and the aforesaid persons disclosed that one Ram Naresh Sahani used to purchase stolen motorcycle and after that house of Ram Naresh Sahani was raided and five motorcycles were recovered from the said house. Petitioner, who happens to be brother of the aforesaid Ram Naresh Sahani, was arrested by the police and accordingly, made accused in this case. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur/ concerned court in Baruraj P.S. Case no. 62/2015.
