JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(A) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for commanding the respondent to set aside the Memo no. 523 dated 06.02.2017, whereby and whereunder authorities illegally calculated the housing loan amount of Rs. 99,460/- and further direction be issued to make fresh final calculation/ Statement of account with regard to loan amount sanctioned by the respondent

(B) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent to give No Objection Certificate with regard to the housing loan taken by petitioner's husband if loan amount is already repaid and thereafter release the deed which is mortgaged to him."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be considered in accordance with law as also sympathetically and appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
