The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Hiraman Paswan, Shivraj Paswan and Mahraj Paswan are alleged to have surrounded the deceased. Hiraman Paswan is further alleged to have assaulted the deceased with lathi on his head. After ten days of the occurrence, the deceased died. The petitioner is only alleged to have snatched the wrist watch of the deceased.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42043 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sudhir Sinha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikharna, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P. S. Case No. 385 of 2014.
